By purchasing access to content on the platform, the user agrees that the service is provided in digital format and is considered delivered once access to the live stream or recorded content is granted.
By purchasing access, the customer acknowledges that the service is delivered immediately.
No refunds are provided for partially used periods or unused access.
In case of technical issues preventing access, support will review the case individually.
Subscription Terms
Access to the platform is provided on a monthly subscription basis.
By completing the initial purchase and entering card details in the payment field, the user authorizes automatic recurring monthly charges using the card provided during the first payment, as clearly indicated at checkout.
Our stream is supported and recommended for the following operating system versions:
- Android OS version 15 and above;
- iOS version 14 and above;
- Windows 10 and above.
The stream may not function properly on devices running older operating system versions.
Our stream is DRM-protected to prevent screen recording and unauthorized redistribution of content. As a result, some devices with outdated software versions may not support playback.
The subscription:
– is billed automatically every month through recurring automatic card charges;
– is charged monthly through automatic withdrawal from the card initially entered into the payment field during the first purchase;
– continues until cancelled by the user;
– can be cancelled at any time through the user’s account under:
Membership → View Billing
– within the same section (Membership → View Billing), the user may update, replace, or remove the saved payment card.
If the saved payment card is removed, the subscription will remain active until the end of the already paid billing period (1 month).
After that period expires, the subscription will terminate automatically.
If the subscription has expired and the user wishes to continue accessing live streams or recorded content, a new subscription must be purchased through the Shop section.
To reactivate access after expiration, the user must select and purchase the preferred subscription again via:

Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided, except in cases where the user was unable to access the stream or content due to confirmed technical issues on the platform’s side.
Conditions for Refund Consideration
– the user experienced a technical issue that prevented access to the content;
– the user provides clear evidence in the form of photo and/or video;
– the user contacts support within a reasonable time after the issue occurred.
Non-Refundable Cases
– issues related to the user’s internet connection;
– device incompatibility or outdated software;
– failure to review subscription or purchase terms;
– missing the live event for personal reasons;
– technical limitations on the user’s side;
– charges resulting from automatic subscription renewal.
Final Decision
All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of the platform after reviewing the provided evidence and system logs.
